Atzenbrugg – intermezzo at home

It was one of the best days I have ever played with Herbie at Atzenbrugg. I am talking about the weather unfortunately and not about my proper golf play.

Atzenbrugg can be quite uncomfortable if you don’t hit the balls right. Can be dangerous with all its water and bunkers.

on the course

The course is beautiful, for me always a massive challenge. I think I have never played that course that well, I would have left the place with a golfer triumph’s smile.

As I am writing ahead of time, I can well understand now, that it must have been around this time that Herbies swing changed and he got to became a nearly single Handicapper. Long he was very unhappy with his grip, his swing – whatever direction to – his turning. But all of a sudden, it Fell to place. All time he spent on training, concentrating and rehearsing again. It came to a steady, very stable technique. He is playing like so much more better. I can see it with every shot he gets on the right spot.

Just fantastic this journey of approach!
