Aqua Alta – playing the course at Udine Golf

Our last trip playing golf courses around the world led us to our neighbors. Udine, is not too far away from Vienna to not be reached by car. And so we did. We went to Udine due to an invitation of a friend of ours to celebrate his birthday with a round of golf with all our friends.

Wouldn’t there have been aqua alta we might have enjoyed it to the top. But unfortunately it was raining before and after the tournament like the world will swim away. Heavy rain made the greens more swimming pools than english meadow.

Thanks to our luck, the tournament was the only rare time we did not have rain and we could at least play 17 holes in a row. The last one we started but then we lost sight of our balls due to darkness.
